A vibrant sparkling white blend of Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling, crafted to highlight the brightness and purity of the 2025 vintage.

Lifted and expressive, with aromas of ripe pear, honeydew, and green apple layered alongside notes of mandarin orange and a subtle hint of white pepper.  Off-dry in style, with bright acidity and light carbonation keeping it crisp and refreshing.

Crisp and lively on the palate, with fine bubbles carrying fresh orchard fruit through a bright, refreshing profile. A soft, rounded mid-palate adds gentle weight and texture, while vibrant acidity keeps the wine lifted and balanced. The finish is clean, refreshing, and lightly persistent.

A natural fit for easygoing, outdoor occasions, this sparkling white pairs beautifully with fish tacos, prawns, and fresh summer salads.
