Join us on Saturday, February 15 for a fun and delicious chocolate and wine experience with Oliver-based sommelier and pastry chef Rachelle Goudreau of Flavor Theory.
What to expect:
- Wine and chocolate pairing including three Mayhem Merlots and three Flavor Theory chocolate samples
- Rachelle will guide you through each unique pairing and share the art behind each chocolate creation
- Sparkling Rosé cocktail on arrival
- Each guest will go home with a 3-pack of chocolate bonbons with pairing and tasting notes
We expect to sell out quickly, so grab your sweetie, your best pal, or bring the whole family and secure your spot early.
Chocolates are made-to-order so bookings will be required for this event, please book by February 7th to secure your spot. Chocolates may include dairy or nuts, unfortunately no substitutions can be made.
