2017 Sauvignon Blanc


The grapes were sourced from Naramata and processed for nine months in stainless steel.

Gooseberry, white floral and citrus on the nose leads to a crisp, clean palate of gooseberry, the sweet and sour citrus of key lime, ripe tropical fruit and herbaceous notes. Dry with bright acidity.

pH - 3.22, TA 8.5, Alcohol. - 12.6%, 210 cases produced
