2017 Pinot Gris

A portion of this wine was wild ferment for one week and aged in neutral oak, adding layers of complexity; the balance was processed in stainless steel. The total volume was married in tank before bottling.

A similar nose and palate of crisp green apple, pear, blossom and citrus. Finishes with a bright acidity and creamy mouthfeel.

PH 3.6, TA 6.9, Alcohol 12.5%, 121 cases produced

"The majority of this wine was fermented in stainless steel; a minor portion was fermented in neutral oak barrels and added for texture and complexity. The wine has aromas and flavours of pear and citrus. The finish is crisp and refreshing. 90."
