2021 Pinot Gris

This wine is now sold out, check back for our next vintage release in Spring 2023.

From a 2009 planting at Ryegrass Road Vineyard in Oliver, the grapes were handpicked based on flavour and natural acid levels. In the winery, our winemaker Ajay Chavan uses a hands-off winemaking approach. 

The wine is bone-dry and approachable. Laced with white stone fruit and orchard fruit it finishes with a creamy minerality and hints of Caribbean spices. It's fresh, crisp and flavourful, crack into this one now and enjoy on it's own or pair with mussels & french fries or crab salad.
